Everything you need to know before your stay at Sawmill Lodges — Standard & Deluxe Rooms, Kitchenette Studios, and The House.

Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged at no additional fee, subject to availability — call ahead to confirm.
Arriving after hours? Call (405) 853-6232 to arrange late arrival.
Pets are welcome in Standard Room, Deluxe Room.
Pet fee: $10/day · $30/week · $50/month.
Pets are not permitted in Kitchenette Studio or The House.
Smoking is permitted outside only, in designated areas.
All rooms, studios, and The House are non-smoking indoors. A $100 cleaning fee applies if smoking occurs inside.
Kitchenette Studios & The House: Stays under 28 nights — full refund if cancelled at least 5 days before check-in; 50% refund for cancellations made less than 5 days out. Stays of 28 nights or more — full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking (and at least 14 days before check-in); 50% refund if cancelled at least 7 days before check-in; no refund after that.
Standard & Deluxe Rooms: Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before check-in for daily (nightly) bookings, at least 48 hours before check-in for weekly bookings, or at least 1 week before check-in for monthly bookings. Partial refund for cancellations made after those windows.
Weekly/monthly stays booked via quote request follow the terms confirmed at booking.
A valid, government-issued photo ID is required at check-in.
The primary guest must be at least 18 years old.
A $100 security deposit is required for The House and Kitchenette Studios.
Standard and Deluxe Rooms may require the same $100 deposit at staff discretion.
Cash deposits are refunded at checkout. Card deposits may take 2–7 business days to be refunded.
Deposits may be forfeited (in full or in part) for damages beyond normal wear, excessive cleaning needs, smoking indoors, or other policy violations.
Free parking is available right outside your room for standard vehicles.
Housing a crew with trucks or trailers? The House offers multiple parking spaces — call ahead so we can plan for larger vehicles.
We accept major credit cards, major digital wallets, cash, corporate checks, CashApp, and Zelle.
